In Dec '08 I requested a totally free path of ACAI Real as recommended by Oprah by spending $4.95 for delivery. Our charge card was billed $4.95 but I never received the merchandise. All initiatives to get hold of the organization failed. Then my credit card organization named and stated there is proof of scam on my card. The card was terminated.

On July 20 I'd a phone from the Raysayon Owens using the CCN Selection Dept. On my answering machine. After I called back (not really a toll-free amount) he stated that I'd a superb stability of $39.95. They'd attempted to cost my terminated charge card three times. I told him we didn't get the item and desired my $4.95 back. He was suppose to email me another backup of the bill that we haven't obtained.

The product is a scam! They don't deliver and are just trying to get ahold of the credit card info

Oprah must have the resources to place an end for this.
