Unauthorized Charges to my debit card

I requested a totally free trial of Acai. Before I acquired this "free" item, I had been billed $41.85 on my bank card. I named and reported that used to do not approve that charge which I'd never obtained the merchandise, they assured me the product was delivered and eliminated $20.00 of this cost. I subsequently obtained the merchandise and terminated my "account". Six-days after rescheduling my account, I had been billed one more $39.95. Used to do not obtain any extra items and didn't approve this cost. After I named the 1-888 range, all I acquired was a saving. I also email "assistance" and also have not gotten an answer. This exercise is illegitimate and appears prevelant with this particular organization.
