Fraudulent use of bank card

Requested free jar of item and taken care of delivery with my charge card. Got a phone your day following a purchase online in the revenue department declaring I'd requested the regular shipping at $39.95/mo delivery. I told him USED TO DO NOT purchase any regular support, just the free container, nor impose my card. I had been really emphatic about this so there could be no misunderstanding. The product was requested online on Sunday, July 11th. On a single evening 12th the salesman named and that I told him no extra support. About the following Monday, July 13th, I observe that the $39.95 cost is imminent on my banking account along side delivery cost for that free container.

I called the 866 quantity to prevent the deal plus they stated they might not place thru a but I'd need to wait till I get the item after which return it at my own personal cost. I told them-they had committed fraud once they charged by card against my directions. The discussion was designed to have already been documented. They claim they CAn't return my delivery costs or even the price to come back the merchandise. I'd like everything delivered. Really, I'D LIKE the deal not to proceed thru my bill.
