Does not work - No Return Address

The merchandise didn't work with me, plus, they don't provide you with an address to come back the abandoned item despite several efforts at setting it up from their website. Have approached my charge card organization, plus they stated that for as long SI have attempted to get hold of them, and maintain all my emails to show I did so certainly attempt to contact them, they might go right ahead and depute the costs.
