Charging me after I returned the product

I requested a path present and was delivered more items. I subsequently delivered these products, but I had been stilled billed.

I called to clear this issue up with customer support and was handled really poor. They offered mean email to email the payment division I'm still looking for where the e-mail must be delivered.
