Unauthorized charge

On 6/1/09 my bank account was charge $139.97 by -xm labs 00 of 00800-4404397

Fl 05-30-09 921436- i called to dispute the charge and i received a refund of $50dlls, i was asked to call again to confirm cancellation and the person i spoke to, sherwin, could not find any of my information, he asked to fax my info and gave me this number 1-8—573-5302 which i found out is not in use. Besides obtaining a full refund i do want to ensure my account does not obtain cost again.
