Never received Refund for Returned Item

I registered to obtain the "free-trial supply" and unearthed that after I posted my demand, combined with the necessary creditcardnumber, a container have been examined saying I decided to purchase another item. After I attempted to stop my purchase, I had been educated that no cancellations were permitted which I'd to come back the abandoned part to obtain a return. After I obtained these products and attempted them for that 10-day test interval, I subsequently obtained another purchase. I instantly sent and terminated any involvement I'd with this specific organization and requested to get a return quantity to come back these products. I had been provided this type of variety on 2/4/09. It had been RMA TK020309. I delivered the unopened and available items as focused and taken care of delivery towards the target provided. Nevertheless, I've not received a reimbursement for that 1/15/09 $39.95 preliminary charge or even the $44.90 minute fee.
