Hsbc for bowflex
Mistakes in cost software, connections unhelpful and frequently rude

I co signed for my boy some years back to get a Bowflex item. Though he's had some issues and overdue payments, he "believed" he'd made preparations for delivering a diminished cost (mentioned by telephone t/hsbc), and today discovers these payments haven't been recognized. As his co signer they're today bothering me, a senior. Not just have we not obtained a right solution on precisely what the add on costs are, but stability appears to be distinct every time they call. The calls have grown to be bothering and exceptionally rude.
