Fraud Charges

I orderd this subsequently ended, was informed there is no costs that I'd recive, 24 hours later my bank card was billed along with a over-draft charge. I had been subsequently about the telephone for over one hour speaking with customer support and all-they might do was appologize. No motion was occurred on the aspect, they stated I'd need to wait until i recived the merchandise then send it back at my price then I'd get reimbursement. They mentioned the sum total procedure might occupy to 3 months and that I am still out my over-draft charge. All of this following a repetition stated I had been not likely to get billed. They explained they'd keep in touch with her, huge package is she likely to protect my costs???
