Card charged/never received product/unable to contact company

I'd put an order through Loaded Design on 02/24/08 and my card was billed, entirely, the next business-day. I've tried calling mentioned organization on many events via email times/months following but, clearly, failed miserably. Their nearby, in addition to toll free and fax number, are "out-of support". I have yet to stay bill of item up to now (05/17/09), or within the MINIMUM, an answer regarding.

I'd like my purchase! The purchase I taken care of! I would also just like a reimbursement, ENTIRELY, because of trouble.
