Gathered cost instantly - waited per week to ship items despite informing items could be obtained within 5-7 days. While package ultimately obtained 10 nights later priciest product requested not in bundle. No reference to the lost product and organization declining to come back e-mails or telephone calls. Shifting to document a fraud statement and am seeking appropriate action against them for scam. If at all possible want to develop enough proof to possess their business permit suspended.
