Fraudulant Charges

I, evidently along side a number of other people, was fraudulantly billed for items used to donot need. The web site I requested from for both items, AcaiBerry & ColoFlush, never mentioned something about rescheduling prior to the 14-day trial period. I'd've never requested it when the was the situation. I've been billed $233.49 for that products after I JUST approved the $4.99 delivery cost to test both items. Obviously, after I named the organization, I talked having a Middle-Eastern Indian man the might just provide me a$40.00 reimbursement. Their "boss", furthermore a Middle Eatern man whose title is "Daniel Mercy", was also no aid. I told him that I had been processing a with my local police division for that fraudulant costs, calling the attorney-general's workplace and also the Better Business Office. I had been then quickly hung-up on by Mr. Mercy. I've submitted a challenge with my credit card organization and turn off my charge card. Has anybody submitted a-class action fit?
