Unauthorized charge

I recently noticed a charge on my account for 29.95. I checked into it and it gave me a web address to go to. I typed in the web address and it gave me Fit Factory. I didn't recognize this company. So I asked them why they charged my account? I never got a response and hey aren't answering their 800 number either. Somehow they are linked to this acai berry. Anyways there are a lot of clomplaints of fraud against this company. Why isn't anybody doing anything about this???
