I want I'd have read these additional grievances before I put my purchase—I simply got cheated by this "organization." I requested a wrist watch winder in Jan and, sadly, compensated with Paypal. I thought it had been peculiar that Paypal was charged instantly though I acquired no cargo notice from Steinhausen.

30 days later, I sent the client support office. They replied having a bleeding heart sob story the boss was hospitalized with no one else might possibly return my cash or approve the cargo. Essentially, the final section of the reaction was, "you might get your winder in 1-3 months, and best of luck at having your money-back."

In March, I allow Paypal understand the problem having a state against steinhausenovernight.com. They approached the "organization" and didn't get a reaction, therefore Paypal confirmed my state. Sadly Steinhausenis prediction came accurate, and Paypal stated they mightnot recover the cash. Paypal also stated that these were getting activity and were conscious of this "company's" status. Nevertheless comforting, I-donot believe I am likely to actually obtain a cent back till I consider appropriate action.

Lessons learned: 1) Steinhausenovernight.com is just a fraud operation. 2) Never, actually, use Paypal for an on line purchase until it's through eBay—you're not assured a secure deal.
