Haven't received product

I joined a Lia Sophia celebration per month before and also have yet to get my jewelry. Does it often consider this extended? I approached my agent, but have not obtained an answer. I'm going to be calling my charge card organization and processing a state easily do not notice anything inside a week. Obviously, I am not pleased whatsoever.
