I'm really disappointed with Lia Sophia. I bought many bits of jewlery and was returning the Fruity Stones band since it smashed immediately and also the additional Charade Earrings since my child "didn't enjoy it"... I had been informed of the rigid time period that needed to be adherred to to be able to get your cash returned, and also the correct paperwork. I did so all this properly.
