Unauthorized Charges

Ordered the free sample on line and paid the shipping and handling fee. A week later, there is a pending charge on my account for $79.96. Customer Service told me that after a 15 day trial, you are charged the full amount of the product because they send a full month supply instead of a 15 day supply. Did not want to refund my money until I called several times complaining and screaming at them. The did say they would refund my money and that it should be in my account in 10 days. We will see. I called my bank to stop the charges as well. They can't do anything until the charge actually goes through.

Will never order online again, because of companies like this. They do whatever they can to scam people!!!
