Raw Minerals had a ad which for the cost of shipping you could try out a sample of their product. Having heard a lot about this type of makeup foundation I thought I would try. What happened next is what made me so mad. The company did send me the sample, the proceeded to send me a full 3 piece kit at the cost of $66.45 without my permission, charging my credit card. I am furious. I called the company and this anger must happen a lot for they have a line specially for just this problem. People who received their product which out requesting it. I was able to get an RMA without any problem to return the items however they would not return the cost of the shipping which totaled $6.95. I am so mad about this and want to warn everyone of the underhanded practices of this company.
