Unauthorized billing

I sent for a free sample of a diet product, and was instead sent a whole pile of drugs I didn't wnat or order. Theu cntnued to bill me $44.90 a month with out my permission. The customer service line is never answered. I changed my credit card number to avoid the billing, but that didn't work either. My credit card compnay would not help either. I can't stop the billing!!! This is a HUGE scam!
