Cannot get the RMA#

I've tried on many occasions to get hold of the corporation to get a RMA# regarding return the nutrient makeup that I'm not able to use since it triggers my skin to breakout. I've been not able to achieve anyone by telephone since there are several calls in front of mine. I've been not able to contact anybody by e-mail since the site isn't any longer available. Please provide me suggestions about how I maintain the corporation from getting my bank card to get a merchandise that I'm certainly unhappy with.
