Overcharged, rude service, refund promised never sent

Mike Schwartz was really rude about the telephone and that I was a dedicated client. I had been overcharged so when I talked to him about this he suggested he might return me but calls back visited voice-mail and that I never got something back. Additionally one container was deformed and appeared as if the tag was crawled off only a little and also the item smelled enjoy it was aged.

After I spoke towards the organization about this his response was rude stating "some containers seem like that" and there's "nothing wrong using the container". I'll never purchase from Vitaglo again.
