I requested from BeautyChoice.com on January 10—two products. Was informed one was backordered until January 26, but just AFTER I settled.
After getting neither item, I sent to confirm issues on January 30 and got no reaction. I also recorded to their site, and my purchase was still shown as backordered. I followed-up on February 10 with another mail and threatened to possess my charge card company stop costs. Just then did a "supervisor" guarantee to possess both of my products ship that evening.
