These were designed to deliver an effort supply. I had been billed for that test. Then in the place of delivering an effort, they waited the 20 times and delivered a regular offer and billed me 88.97. They stated since I have did not stop within the 20 times which was within their Conditions and Contract, I really couldnot get a return. Our entire criticism is the fact that used to donot obtain the test to determine basically needed the regular offer.
