Unauthorized charges

I purchase the trial and on 12/26/08, three times after I obtained the merchandise, they charged my bill $87.13 twice. I named them about the 27th and Janet, that's who I talked to explained the consideration is likely to be stop and that I may obtained

A complete reimbursement and on 01.5.09 they again charged my bill with another $87.13. I named them back and that I talked to

Betty, who WOn't provide me the credit and WOn't I would like to talk to a boss. I proceed to phone but to no avail.

I will I really do?
