Wow, Listen to these complaints. I also went for the "free" trial offer which was backed by Oprah. (The product) Not only did they charge me for my free trial, but kept sending more bottles and more charges AFTER I cancelled my order and any further deliveries. It was all confirmed on my e-mail. THEN, thinking it was all over, I get another bottle and another charge on my account ($44.90 a pop). I am so angry that I'm even spending my precious time wrapping this up and sending it back. And, they will keep you on hold for over 45 minutes if you want to speak to a human being. I learned my lesson that nothing is "free" and to stay away from scam artists like this!!!
