I signed up on the free samples sight for a 21 day free trial of Vioderm. When I received confirmation, they told me it was on back order, so I didn't receive it until a couple of weeks after requesting it.

I was checking my bank account online and noticed a $59.99 charge from Vioderm. I received no notification before they put the charge through. I contacted their customer service department and was told I signed up for the program and the $59.99 was not refundable. Even if I sent almost a whole bottle back, they still refused to credit my account for the $59.99. I received another email from Vioderm and they said if I wanted to keep the product, they would give me a discount. The product would only cost me $44.99 instead of $59.99. They would credit my account for the difference of $15.00.

I decided to go back and read their Terms and Conditions, under the trial offer portion. The wording is contradictory. At first they say the trial offer is non refundable. Later on, still under the trial portion, they say if you're not satisfied the cost of the order will be refunded less a $7.95 restocking fee. It looks like they can't decide whether they will refund your money or not. I quess it depends on what mood they're in.
