On Dec 22 I ordered a free trial order for Acai Berry and Colon Rx. Five days later on Dec 26 I received a phone call from a company rep clarifying the terms of the free trial offer. I understood the trial offer has for 15 days and asked when the "clock" started on that time. He told me the 15 days started the day the order was shipped and that the order would be shipped that day (Dec. 22). Ten days later I had not yet received the product so called to cancel my order and my obligation to decide if I wanted to continue with receiving the product. I talked to Francis who told me the order had not yet been shipped and he would transfer my call to the shipping department. My call was than disconected!
After reading all the other complaints regarding this company I too think this is a scam and the company is fraudulent in it's practices.
