Charged my account for product i did not receive

Our bill was debited for $39.95 by Acuipure. I purchase a totally free test item on 11/17/08, that we never obtained. I approached the organization, after I get the cost in my own bill. We recognize the had the incorrect target. I obtain they stop the order, however the customer support worker WOn't stop the order, she explained legally she's to sent the merchandise. I WOn't provide her my proper handle and he or she WOn't return my income. Please inform me what I will do to obtain my cash back. Thanks ahead of time for you support.
