Fraudulent charges to my credit card

I requested a totally free test of Acai Berries and was billed the $5.95 S&H. Per month later they fraudulently charged my charge card $79.95. Used to do not approve this charge and didn't receive any item for this cost. I had been never ready to get hold of them by telephone or email (I had been left on-hold for nearly one hour). I questioned the cost with my charge card business. This can be a huge fraud
