Credit card charged w/out auth & never received any product for the unauth. Charge

I requested their acai berries item however the first test container was just approved for shipping costs of $4.99 on 11/15/08... I never approved anymore item from their store... But my charge card was billed on 11/29/08 for $78.81... AND THAT I never obtained any item for that anyhow...

That Is really fraudulent and highway robbery...

I'd like my money-back... I Have questioned the $78.81 with my charge card business. Both telephone numbers I've possibly the voice-mail is complete and also you cannot keep any concept or there is a continuous active indication for teh 304-534-1052 quantity...
