Fraud/Need money refund

Like everyone, I requested Acai Real on Nobember 10 and believed I had been being billed $4.95 but was really billed $44.85 on November 11. I had been designed to get the item in 2-3 times and not gotten until Sat. The 22nd. They decided to increase my test amount of that we delivered these products on Friday. Nov. 24 plus they declare they never received it. Since that time, I had been again billed $39.95 to get a regular service-fee which I delivered a contact request to stop on November 11. They've NOT returned anything and that I have now been returning and forth via mail together since I have lay on store for Over an hour or so when I contact.

My problem is... AM I BATTLING A LOSING BATTLE? Has Anybody been returned the cash cheated from them this organization truly owes them?
