Order # 1369940 Today's date Nov 24

I was over charged for ACAI Pure. I agreed to pay $4.95 for a trial bottle, and then 3 weeks later was billed an additional $39.95 on Nov 12. For what I am not sure. Nothing else ever arrived in the mail. Can you help me resolve this and refund my mondy?
