Unable to reach company to unsubscribe and get reimbursed for unwanted product

I want to discontinue the purchase of further products from this website and request that $88.62 be credited to my Visa account. I have been trying for the last week to call the number listed on the site where I ordered the free trial 1-866-938-4832 and continually receive a busy tone or a standard message about waiting for the next available agent and then a hang up. I have also sent a number of e mails to various sites that have all been returned as an unreccognized addresses. I would like this issue resolved because I don't want anymore products or charges to my credit card account. Howdo I get help with this issue? I see this as a real scam and false advertising to get a credit card number. What a fool I was to be taken in by such crooks!
