Money debited from my bank account

I taken care of an effort supply of the item, obtained telephone call that it had been going to be delivered, I informed the person that I needed to stop the product for futher debits. He explained he'd been stop. Well, I never obtained the merchandise and was debited 39.95 from my banking account. This triggered a facility from my bill. I'd like my money returned to my account and that i don't any more contact or debits of money from my account. I've been trying to contact you about this matter and so i am having to contact the better business agency.
