Shapes is just a total ripoff. I had been guaranteed that shapes could be enough of the workout for me personally due to their fresh "Shapes Wise" plan that stepped-up the exercise.

I've been on that plan for 5 weeks and also have observed no benefits. Half the full time the machine is along and doesn't function, even if it will it's a laugh.
