Charges to my credit card and no tea!

I've been billed for that tea but there's no quantity to stop the shipping/cost. I created an error purchasing this material with no longer want it shipped! Incidentally nothing continues to be sent to me however I've been billed!!! I no further need or need your item delivered I no further desire to be billed by you the organization which makes it very hard to speak along with you!!!
