USN ripped us off too

We requested a ring from USN in July it never came. We named to obtain our money-back, they guaranteed us that people might have it, we never received it. We named again, they informed us the necklace had been delivered from Philippines therefore it requires longer... Six months later with no ring. Today their telephone lines are disconnected and we can not obtain a store of these. Their site can also be "along for maintenence." DON'T BUY FROM THEIR WEBSITE! They're scammers!
