Offered faulty jewelry, declined to simply accept a return!

I purchased two bands for Holiday presents and instantly the rocks dropped out. Being this occurred soon after the one month return promise went out ShopNBC declined to simply accept a return, even yet in the facial skin they offered defective product.

After much fighting they decided to an exchange after which after I published to get a return shipment tag they advised me they wouldn't take a return.
