I ordered a V2 Computer system, and like it (not to the point of love it, yet, but I have a problem with call center for SHOPNBC. They oversold me with a Lexmark printer and a DiMage digital camera. Both items are redundant items and as such I don't want/need. SHOPNBC is smugly refusing to allow me to send back these oversells because I am 'outside' of their return policy time limit, inspite of the items being in their original packaging and in storefront-new condition.
