Unjust business methods!

I bought a Rudd Gasoline Heated Water heater on Friday, Jan. 22 that had a-6 year guarantee. It had been mounted with a plumber however now is dripping, we returned towards the organization that it had been purchased that is Coburn Supply Co.in New Ibeira La., they decided to provide us a different one but declined to pay for the cost for that plumber to reinstall. I believe this is unjust towards the client and also the plumber. A business as big and well-known as this will remain behind their item.
