Xtreme 2 Razor Assembled Backwards, Website Complaint Form Does Not Work

A razor in a pack of 12 Xtreme 2 razors was built backwards. The swivel head holding the blade was installed upside down. I am not sure how many others are the same way.

I tried to report it on the website, but entering a complaint pops up an error about having to be over 13 years of age and tells me to enter my age at the bottom of the page. I tried two browsers, but there is no place on the web page to enter any information besides the complaint.
