Requested a Trim but Lost Inches of Long-Grown Hair

I have never experienced such disrespect for clientele and such terrible service. I asked for a trim and ended up with inches of my hair, which took months to grow, cut off. I will never pay for such incompetent service again for a basic request. 0/10, will never return.
