Worst Customer service ever!

I tried to return my jeans to get a new size and it literally took 40 minutes for the cashier to change it even though it was the same pairs of jeans. Then I came home and realized that it was the wrong size. I came back today to return it and the cashier basically took another 35 minutes to give me my money back. I was really frustrated. I walked out of the store and realized that she only gave me 31.96 dollars instead of 36.96. I love the clothes but the workers just need to more efficient with their job! Hire someone who can do math and quick in giving the customers the service that they need! Geeze.
