Enew my credit card terminal without my permission

I have a small business and sometimes people just don't charge enough for a month and I have to pay triple for the month. It should be a set amount per month for a small business. I could have went with another person that just charges by the transaction which would work for me, but the renewed my my contract without asking. I did not sigh anything except when i first had them come in to my shop. Not happy with them..
