Ive been a merchant with Crescent for 6 years, I personally love this company and haven't had any issues with them. I occasionally come across a terminal error or two but with any type of machine you will sooner or later. No company is perfect they work with me on my rates and surprisingly when I received a good offer from another company THEY BEAT IT:) that showed me they really cared about my business. I'm just a small mom and pop shop and can't afford much and they take care of me and genuinely care, as a business owner in general it is also our responsibility to uphold any ISA to whatever they say, I got my rep to put it in writing and didn't have to go through any drama like I see in prev. Comments. I will be team Crescent Processing for a very long time:)
