I cancelled my membership at Palm Beach Tan in Winston Salem due to the location. I use to work in Winston but I retired. With the cost of gas I could not afford to keep driving from Walkertown to Winston for a 20 minute session no matter how much I enjoyed it. I suffer from skin problems & the tanning really helped.

If you ever open one up in Kernersville I will join. The people are friendly and accommodating.
