Fraud and the worse customer service

I visited suntan city and when I did i didn't have my goggles so I had to get these stickers for 99 cents and didn't have cash on me. I used my card and never signed anything to do a contract with them or become a member. I laid that one time and about a week later I was looking at my bank online and was charged $49.95 I called them and the lady was very rude and said I would be charged monthly. I told her I didn't sign anything and that I wanted a refund. She then told me she could give me a free month of tanning and I was like no I don't want nothing but my money back. I didn't authorize them to take anything out of my account. I finally got my money back but the worse was yet to come. This happened 3 times before it was fixed. Not only was they rude but never even apologized for their mistake. Worse company ever. Beware fraud
