I got jipped and infected

I went to suntan city on 5/31/08 and signed up for a monthly package I went 3 times the last time I ended up with a nasty rash on my legs. That was caused from them not cleaning there beds.

So I went to cancel my membership told them to keep the June payment and magically they said NO I signed a six month agreement and they would not cancel my membership but they would drop my packge to a 58.88 a month and charge me 39.99 to cancel in the 6th month.

Funny thing is I still have my original contract and the one they have is not my signature on it. But they don't care.
