Christmas Order Delayed and Unsubscribe Page Showed Error

I ordered a product for Christmas on Nov. 20th 2012 which was advertised would be here in 3 to 4 weeks. After a month and a few days I emailed Groupon and was told there would be a few more weeks of delay. So, I tried to unsubscribe to them and this is what I got time and time again.
