Groupon failed on a delivery time frame

I ordered a product for Christmas on nov. 20th 2012 which was advertised would be here in 3 to 4 weeks. After a month and a few days I emailed groupon and was told there would be a few more weeks of delay. So, I tried to unsubscibe to them and this is what I got time and time again.
