I obtained a card in Oct informing me to contact this quantity to get two free bands. I'd just pay shipping & handling. Well it's today Dec and also have not gotten any bands. I'd gotten about four card informing me this 1 of the bands was on back-order. I named on 12/10 and was informed that it had been still on back-order and they were having difficulty with my card. Well, I had been informed with a customer support person who the bands were likely to be delivered individual and that I could be charged for every one. Thats why my card didn't undergo. About the card they delivered me it generally does not state that. I directed this out to her-but she mentioned it had been this way. It says on my card -whatever you spend is 6.99 shipping and handling plus applicable fees. Nothing about each item. Personally I think they're looking to get one-over on me. I informed her to deliver one of them. Is that this a fraud or what?
